How quickly can you onboard us?
Most managed-services engagements are fully onboarded within 30 days. Project work — like a cloud migration or video deployment — starts with a 2-week assessment, then we scope the timeline together.
Do you work with our existing tools, or do you replace everything?
We work with what you have wherever it makes sense. We're tool-agnostic on RMM, EDR, and ticketing, and we'll only recommend a swap when there's a clear ROI.
Are your engineers in the U.S.?
Yes — every engineer who touches your environment is U.S.-based. We don't offshore Tier 1 or Tier 2 work.
What does pricing look like?
Managed IT and MDR are priced per user or per endpoint with a flat monthly rate. Video and project work is fixed-price after the assessment. You'll never see a surprise hourly invoice.
Can you help us pass an audit?
We have hands-on experience with SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and CMMC. We'll point you at the right auditor and do the technical and policy work you need to pass.
Do you offer one-time projects, or only contracts?
Both. Many clients start with an assessment or a single project and move to managed services later. There's no long-term commitment to evaluate us.
